I have always believed in myself and continue to do so.

I’m so proud to be the newest Beachbody Super Coach from Modifier of Beachbody’s #mbf.

For the first time, we’re giving people around the world a place to start, whether they’ve exercised in their lives or already know they want to make the decision to get stronger and healthier.

FBO is a program where anyone and everyone can feel welcome, included and victorious from their first workout, with lots of fun and WOOT WOOT.

I love that every exercise we choose and every positive affirmation we assume helps each person focus on their health.

I imagine mothers and daughters, fathers and sons, families, active people and above all, those who have never been into fitness or dread the gym or workout, doing this program together with a smile.

My goal is for every person to feel secure in the knowledge that fitness can happen at any size, age, shape, body type and race, and that it’s right where it belongs.
