Whether you’ve just started the 4 week gut protocol or are just thinking about it, it’s important to make sure you’ve got all the information you need for a successful journey.

Beachbody super trainer and nutritionist Autumn Calabres has been battling stomach problems for years.

After many tests and errors and working closely with her doctor, she has found a way to deal with her physically and mentally challenging gastrointestinal problems.

To confirm the results you want, Sharat and his team put together a 4 week Intestinal Protocol FAQ.

Here are some sample questions; Full FAQ link below!

We look forward to returning to the 4 week GAT protocol optimized and revived bundle starting Tuesday, May 24, 2022.

This is the first of several inventory shipments we expect to receive in the coming months, with the next one expected to arrive in mid-June.

We expect high demand for these supplements, so the inventory we receive on the 24th may not last until our next shipment.

Please note that if this happens, the supplements will be out of stock again until the next shipment arrives If this happens we will try our best to contact you as soon as possible You can find additional program details in FAQ 5197.

2. How should I expect to feel during 4 week intestinal protocol?

Autumn says that depending on how you ate before (not quite clear or so good), you may experience some negative symptoms, such as minor headaches and fatigue.

This should pass the first week or so.

3. Can I drink coffee during the program?

You are allowed coffee, but no more than three 8-ounce cups per week.

For more information on caffeine limitations, visit the BeachBody on Demand 4 Week Gut Protocol Program page and click on the “Resources” tab.

From there, open the Food List PDF and view the “Coffee and Tea” page.

4. Where can I find information on which BeachBody supplements I can take while programming?

Please refer to FAQ 5197 under the “Recommended Supplement” section.

5. How do I know if a fixet recipe meets program requirements?

You can refer to the 4 Week Gut Protocol-Approved FIXATE Recipe PDF which is under the “Meal Plan and Recipes” tab in the 4 week Gut Protocol tile on BeachBody on Demand.

The approved recipes contain no gluten, no dairy foods, no corn, no alcohol, no artificial sweeteners and no high-processed soy.

Autumn never uses artificial sweeteners or highly processed soy in any of its recipes, however, if you find a fixed recipe that is not on the approved list, make sure it is “no gluten, no dairy, no corn, no alcohol”.

6. Do I measure food in containers before or after cooking?

It depends on the type of food you are measuring. Please see “Food List” under the Resources tab.

This list provides measurements of foods that do not easily fit in a container, as well as specifies the foods to be measured after cooking.
