6 Best Oat Milk Brands | You should buy healthier options

If you miss it somehow, oat milk is everywhere.

The market value of oat milk was 19 2.19 billion in 2021 and is expected to grow to 45 6.45 billion by 2028.

One reason oat milk is so popular is that it is a milk-free alternative to nuts and soy, which are two other common food allergies.

(Oats are naturally gluten-free, although this is not usually a concern with milk).

Another reason may be that many brands add fat to their oat milk to help it drip, creating rich lattes and fine latte art.

And oat milk is not just for coffee!

You can use it in place of milk in almost any recipe – smoothies, baked goods, creamy soups, sauces and more – or just pour it over cereal or drink a glass with a cookie.

Below are some of the best oat milk options that are widely available.

They’re all pretty nutritious, so give them a try and see which one you like best.
