To help you get going when it comes to your workouts, trainer Rhys Athayde, founder of the PHANTOM fitness app, has created a 15-minute, no-equipment, full-body workout you can do anytime, anywhere. Athide has trained the likes of Hailey Bieber, Kaia Gerber and other celebrities whose careers often require extensive travel. She says that a mix of exercise, rest and hydration is a big part of their fitness regimen wherever they are, and this quick workout is for her clients to program on the go.

Autoid’s Tricks for Staying Motivated to Work While Traveling
Even if you have a consistent fitness routine at home, it can be easy to lose the will to workout while away. When this happens, Athide suggests two things: examining your attitude toward exercise and finding the right workout to meet you where you are.
“It starts with how you look at work,” Athide said. “If you look at it as a job, you’ll dread it every day and take it all in [vacation] Close I see working out as a way to feel better and it’s something I really enjoy. There are also so many different ways to workout that I can fit in on vacation and do it without it feeling mundane or repetitive.”
