    Ground cinnamon
  • 1
    ground nutmeg
  • 1

    Unsalted chopped walnuts

  1. Coat the inside of a microwave-safe mug with spray.

  2. Add bananas to mug; Mash with a fork. Add eggs; Beat lightly with a fork. Add Shakeology, cinnamon and nutmeg; Stir until well combined.

  3. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot.
