Chocolate Chia Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are an easy, no-fuss way to start your day — just prepare your oats the night before and then grab a spoon and dig in in the AM.

How do you make overnight oats better?

Chocolate Chia Overnight Oats

This overnight oats recipe is super easy to make and is delicious as a breakfast, dessert, or snack.

    cup / 40 grams
    Dry rolled oats
  • 1
    the scoop
    Chocolate Whey or Chocolate Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology
  • 1
    table spoon
    Chia seeds
  • 1
    Cocoa beans
  • 1
    Ground cinnamon
  • 1
    cup / 240 ml
    unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼
    banana, cut

  1. Add oats, Shakeology, chia, cacao nibs and cinnamon to a 16-oz. (450-ml) jar (or sealable container); Stir to combine.

  2. Add almond milk; Mix well. Seal lid; Refrigerate for 1 hour or up to overnight.

  3. Top with bananas just before serving.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
