Chocolate Chia Pudding Parfait
This pudding parfait is super easy to make with Chocolate Shakeology and super delicious.

unsweetened almond milk -

Chocolate Whey or Chocolate Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology -

Chia seeds -
½
cup / 125 grams
Low-fat (0-2%) plain Greek yogurt -
½
cup / 75 grams
Fresh blueberries

Add the almond milk, Shakeology and chia seeds to a 16-oz. (450-ml) jar (or sealable container); Stir until well mixed and there are no lumps. seal jar

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
