Chocolate Chia Pudding Parfait

A parfait with a layered sweet dessert and chocolate shakeology, this chia pudding recipe definitely fits the bill.

It may look like a luxurious indulgence, but this Chocolate Chia Pudding Parfait is so easy to put together. All you need are five ingredients, five minutes of prep and one hour to chill.

Chocolate Chia Pudding Parfait

This pudding parfait is super easy to make with Chocolate Shakeology and super delicious.

    cup / 240 ml
    unsweetened almond milk
  • 1
    the scoop
    Chocolate Whey or Chocolate Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology
  • 2
    table spoon
    Chia seeds
  • ½
    cup / 125 grams
    Low-fat (0-2%) plain Greek yogurt
  • ½
    cup / 75 grams
    Fresh blueberries

  1. Add the almond milk, Shakeology and chia seeds to a 16-oz. (450-ml) jar (or sealable container); Stir until well mixed and there are no lumps. seal jar

  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight).

  3. Layer with yogurt and blueberries just before serving.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
