All these fresh, delicious flavors complement each other to create a delicious chia pudding that you can eat at home, on the go, and any time of day.

Cookies and Creamy Chia Almond Berry Pudding

Low-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt -

Fresh raspberries -

Finely chopped unsalted almonds

Add almond milk, Shakeology, chia seeds and extract a 16-oz. (450-ml) jar (or sealable container); Stir until well mixed and there are no lumps. seal jar

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).

Just before serving, top with yogurt, raspberries, blueberries and almonds.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
