Cookies and Creamy Chia Almond Berry Pudding

This chia pudding recipe is full of all kinds of good stuff: Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries and blueberries, chia seeds, nuts — and of course, cookies and creamy shakeology.

All these fresh, delicious flavors complement each other to create a delicious chia pudding that you can eat at home, on the go, and any time of day.

Cookies and Creamy Chia Almond Berry Pudding

    cup / 120 ml
    unsweetened almond milk
  • 1

    table spoon
    Chia seeds
  • ½
    Pure almond extract

  • cup / 80 grams
    Low-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼
    cup / 30 grams
    Fresh raspberries
  • ¼
    cup / 35 grams
    Fresh blueberries
  • 1
    table spoon
    Finely chopped unsalted almonds

  1. Add almond milk, Shakeology, chia seeds and extract a 16-oz. (450-ml) jar (or sealable container); Stir until well mixed and there are no lumps. seal jar

  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).

  3. Just before serving, top with yogurt, raspberries, blueberries and almonds.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
