  1. Line a muffin pan with 12 muffin liners; Set aside

  2. Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds; stir; Microwave for an additional 30 seconds or until just melted. Do not overcook.

  3. spoon 1 tsp. Chocolate mixture on each muffin paper; Tip each paper from side to side until the bottom is coated. Refrigerate the pan for 5 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.

  4. Place Shakeology, peanut butter powder and pumpkin in a medium bowl. Using clean hands, mix until a uniform dough forms.

  5. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces then flatten into discs about 1½ inches (4 cm) in diameter or smaller than the bottom of the muffin cups. Place a disk in each muffin cup.

  6. Drizzle 1 tsp. Chocolate mixture on each disk; Tip muffin pan from side to side until each disk is coated. Use any leftover chocolate to fill in the gaps around the edge of each disc. Freeze for 30 minutes or until chocolate hardens.

  7. Serve immediately, or store frozen in an airtight container for up to 1 month. If frozen, thaw for 2 minutes before serving.
