Fitbit partners with dancer and social content creator Jaeden Rae Gomez to host

We have exciting news, Fitbitters! Earlier this month, we hosted our first event at Youtube Studios in Los Angeles with top social content creators to celebrate the launch of our new tracker, the Inspire 3. The event was such a success that we wanted to tell you all about it. —and get in on the action too!

Inspire 3, the next generation of Fitbit’s popular health and fitness tracker, is here to help you get started on your way to your best self. It’s designed to make it easy to lead an active, healthy lifestyle, whatever you’re doing and whatever you’re going for, which got us thinking—what better way to demonstrate the principles of our latest tracker than through dance?

Hosted by Lizo’s “About Damn Time” viral TikTok dance dancer and social media creator, Jayden Rae Gomez, we hosted our first ever #DanceItOff event, where we invited content creators to join us in learning an original dance choreographed by Jayden!

#DanceItOff shows how any Movement can be a workout and being active looks different for everyone. We are delighted to be working with Jayden on this project as we feel he truly captures the strengths of Inspire 3: colourful, creative and fun.

We were able to chat with her and get the inside scoop on her fitness and wellness routine. Look at it.

“The best way I try to take care of my mental health and just take care of my physical health is to stick to a solid routine and do my best to maintain good habits,” Gomez says. “I’ve learned that it takes 28 days to make something a habit—all it takes is persistence and motivation. That’s why I like to wake up early and be active, because it helps me clear my brain.”

Although being a dancer means he’s constantly on the move, Jayden was also sure to let us know how he prioritizes rest and recovery. “When I need time for myself, my self-care routines include going to the park or taking a long, hot shower and wearing a face mask afterward,” she says.

Whether you’re walking to work, having lunch with friends or practicing the steps to Jaeden’s #DanceItOff routine, the Inspire 3 is the perfect companion for you on your health journey, however it may look.

“My advice to anyone looking to start their wellness journey is that there is no wrong or right way to start and you should focus on whatever makes you comfortable and happy!” Gomez shared. “Don’t push yourself over the edge, baby steps are the best form of growth!”
