Berries and chocolate may seem like an odd smoothie combination, but once you try this Exploded Strawberry Shakeology, you’ll see that it makes a lot of sense.

Using this recipe Shakeology de Chocolateand fresh or frozen strawberries and blueberries.

You can substitute these berries for others if you have them on hand, such as raspberries, cherries or blackberries.

And if you want something more sophisticated, you can turn this recipe into a bursting strawberry smoothie bowl.

Just use a little less water, serve in a spoonable bowl and top with more berries.

Of course, adding additional garnishes like coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and chopped pecans will change the nutritional information slightly.

  • 240 ml / 1 cup of water
  • 170 g / 1 cup of ice
  • 1 serving Chocolate Shakeology (whole or plant-based vegan)
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries (or frozen)
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries (or frozen)


  1. Place water, ice, Shakeology parts, strawberries and blueberries in blender; Cover it and blend until smooth.
