- 1 Served Beachbody Performance Strawberry Lemonade Energies
- 3 medium strawberries
- Medium lemon, pressed
- 1 tbsp. Fresh mint leaves
- Put the water, ice, energy portion, strawberries, lemon juice and mint in the blender; Cover and blend until smooth.
