No-Bake Dark Chocolate Shakeology Bars

In addition, they are very easy to make, you only need 7 ingredients and 25 minutes!

We created this recipe especially for our latest seasonal Shakeology flavor, Caramel Chocolate Brownie.

Chocolate Caramel Brownie Shakeology, cashew butter and banana create a wonderfully creamy delicious base, while cocoa powder enhances the delicious chocolate flavor.

Dates, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt add the finishing touches to this delicious mix.

Pro tip: To make this recipe nut-free, replace the cashew butter with sunflower seed butter.

Dark Chocolate Banana Fudge Bars

  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 4 large pitted dates
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 45 g / ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 95 g / ¼ cup + 2 tbsp. 1 tablespoon all-natural cashew butter (or peanut butter)
  • 2 scoops Vegan Chocolate Caramel Brownies Shakeology
  • 1 c. Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of sea salt (or Himalayan salt)

instructions

  1. Line a 20 x 20 cm (8 x 8 inch) baking dish with parchment paper; Spray lightly with cooking spray. book
  2. Bring a small pot of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat. Add date; Soak for 15 minutes. Date extract; Save the liquid.
  3. Add dates, banana, cocoa powder, cashew butter, Shakeology, vanilla extract, salt, and 2 Tbsp. liquid (or water) stored in a food processor; to cover. Process on high speed until a smooth dough forms. Press the dough into the prepared dish.
  4. Cut into 12 equal pieces. Enjoy immediately, or cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until dough is firm. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
