Material

  • 240 ml / 1 cup water
  • 170 g / 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 scoop Beachbody Performance Energy Strawberry Lemonade
  • 3 medium strawberries
  • Medium lemon, pressed
  • 1 c. Table spoon fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Put water, ice cubes, energy, strawberries, lemon juice and mint in a blender and cover. Mix until smooth mixture is obtained.
