Materials
- ¼ cup/60 mL 100% pure pineapple juice
- 60ml/¼ cup water
- 170 g/1 cup ice cubes
- 1 Scoop Beachbody Performance Mixed Berry Energize
- ½ medium orange, squeezed
- 1 pinch of ginger
instructions
- Place pineapple juice, ice cubes, energy, orange juice and ginger in a blender and cover. Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
