Pure rum extract is usually found in the baking section of the store. It is sold in a bottle and usually has vanilla extract and other flavors nearby.
If you want to use another flavor, you can replace the rum extract with an equal amount of vanilla extract.

- 240ml / 1 cup of water
- 170 g / 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 scoop Cafe Latte Whey Protein Shakeology or Cafe Latte Vegan Shakeology
- 1 c. mascarpone
- 1 c. teaspoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 c. teaspoon of pure rum extract
- Place the water, ice cubes, Shakeology, cheese, cocoa powder and extract in a blender. to cover. Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
