S’mores are a classic campfire treat, but you can recreate the same cozy flavors and campfire feelings at home with this recipe. (No fire or sharp sticks required!)

These S’mores Cookies and Creamy Shakeology Mug Cakes are incredibly easy and quick to make.

All you need is an egg, applesauce, Shakeology, chocolate chips and marshmallow flavor extract — put it all in a mug, microwave for 3 minutes and voila!

These mug cakes are the perfect comforting dessert or snack when you want something sweet and indulgent — and don’t want to share!

  • Nonstick cooking spray

    cup / 120 grams
    unsweetened applesauce
  • 1

    Cookies and Creamy Shakeology
  • 1
    teaspoon
    Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼
    teaspoon
    Marshmallow flavor extract
  • ¼
    Plain graham cracker sheets, crushed

  1. Coat the inside of a microwave-safe mug with spray.

  2. Add eggs to mug; Beat lightly with a fork. Add applesauce, shakeology, chocolate chips and extract; Stir until well combined.

  3. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with graham crackers. Serve hot.
