If you are looking for a red, white and blue smoothie to enjoy Platinum Jubilee, here is a strawberry blueberry smoothie that you will love.
It is made with vanilla plant-based vegan shackles, almond milk and fresh strawberries and blueberries.
We like the look of the layered approach, but you can skip the layers altogether and mix all the ingredients together for a delicious shake!

Materials
For the vanilla layer
- ½ Cup / 120 ml sweetened almond milk
- ½ Cup / 85g ice
- ⅓ Scoop vanilla plant-based vegan psychology
- 1 tbsp. Flax seeds
For the strawberry layer
- ½ Cup / 120 ml sweetened almond milk
- ½ Cup / 85g ice
- ⅓ Scoop vanilla plant-based vegan psychology
- ½ Cup / 75 g Fresh (or frozen) strawberries
For the blueberry layer
- ½ Cup / 120 ml sweetened almond milk
- ½ Cup / 85g ice
- ⅓ Scoop vanilla plant-based vegan psychology
- ½ Cup / 75 g Fresh (or frozen) blueberries
Instructions
- To make the vanilla layer, place the almond milk, ice, shale and flax seeds in a blender; Cover. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large serving glass. Keep the glass in the fridge. Wash the canister in a blender.
- To make the strawberry layer, place the almond milk, ice, shackles and strawberries in a blender; Cover. Blend until smooth.
- Slowly pour into a serving glass over the vanilla layer. Keep the glass in the fridge. Wash the canister in a blender.
- To make the blueberry layer, place the almond milk, ice, shackles and blueberries in a blender; Cover. Blend until smooth.
- Slowly pour the strawberries into the serving glass over the layer. Enjoy!
Suggestion:
- For a clearer layer, freeze each layer for at least 5 minutes. Before pouring another layer on top.
- This shake can be made without layers, just add all the ingredients to the blender at the same time.
