- 180 ml / ¾ cup low-fat (2%) cottage cheese
- 120 ml/½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 serving Vanilla Shakeology (whey or plant-based vegan)
- 1 serving of Beachbody Collagen Boost
- 2 tbsp. Graham cracker crumbs
instructions
- keep 85 grams (½ cup) Combine strawberries, cottage cheese, almond milk, Shakeology portion and Collagen Boost portion in a food processor; Cover and process until a smooth texture is achieved.
