Strawberry Shakeology gives these pancakes a subtle strawberry flavor, and fresh strawberry slices add even more berry-healthiness!
This recipe makes three small pancakes. For the classic layered strawberry shortcake look, mix plain Greek yogurt with maple syrup and spread it over a pancake, then add chopped strawberries.
Repeat with remaining pancakes to make three layers. Voila: Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes!

Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes
This Shakology recipe is a berry-licious change from regular pancakes. (And you can eat it any time of day!)

Strawberry Shakeology -
½
teaspoon
Baking powder -

cup / 60 ml
Unsweetened almond milk (or water) -

the egg - Nonstick cooking spray

Low-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt -

Pure maple syrup -

Chopped strawberries

Add Shakeology and baking powder to a small mixing bowl. Stir until combined.

Add almond milk and egg; Stir until combined.

Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; Coat lightly with spray. Spoon the batter evenly into the pan to make three small pancakes.

Cook for 2 minutes; Flip and cook 2 additional minutes or until cooked through.

Add yogurt and maple syrup to a small bowl. Stir to combine.

Layer one pancake with ⅓ of the yogurt mixture and ⅓ of the strawberries. Repeat to make 3 layers with remaining pancakes, yogurt mixture and strawberries. Enjoy!
