For this recipe, you will need Shakeology or chocolate and strawberries and blueberries, fresh or frozen.

You can use other berries such as raspberries, cherries or blackberries depending on what you have at home.

And this recipe can also be used to whip up Strawberry Thunder Shakeology Smoothie Bowls, anytime you want.

Use a little less water, spoon into a bowl and garnish with some extra berries.

  • 240ml / 1 cup of water
  • 170 g / 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Whey Shakeology or Vegan Chocolate Shakeology
  • 165 g/½ cup fresh strawberries (or frozen)
  • 150 g/½ cup fresh blueberries (or frozen)

instructions

  1. Place water, ice cubes, Shakeology, strawberries and blueberries in blender. to cover. Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
