Lita is a fitness expert, inspirational speaker, and life trainer focused on strong mind and body building.

What can you expect from a Lita Lewis workout?
The Litter four-week program consists of 10 workouts that combine resistance, cardio and HIIT training to help build strong legs, a sculptural loot and a tight core.
