Tiramisu Mug Cake

Tiramisu is a delightful, elegant dessert that is a must on our list of special occasion desserts. But what if we told you that you could eat tiramisu every day of the week? You can, thanks to this Tiramisu Mug Cake recipe with Cafe Latte Shakeology. All you need is an egg, applesauce, shakeology, mascarpone cheese, cocoa powder, a splash of rum extract for a little sauce and you have a subtly divine mug cake. Pro tip: To make this mug cake in an oven, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.   • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1
    the egg
  • ½
    cup / 120 grams
    unsweetened applesauce
  • 1
    the scoop
    Cafe Latte Shakeology
  • 1
    Cocoa without sugar
  • ¼
    Ram extract
  • 1
    table spoon
    Mascarpone cheese

  1. Coat the inside of a microwave-safe mug with spray.

  2. Add eggs to mug; Beat lightly with a fork. Add applesauce, shakeology, cocoa powder and extract; Stir until well combined.

  3. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with mascarpone cheese. Serve hot.
