This tropical smoothie bowl with strawberry shakeology tastes like a sunny beach vacation.

    Drink unsweetened coconut milk

  • ¼
    cup / 50 grams
    Frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1
    teaspoon
    Finely grated lemon peel (lemon peel)
  • ½
    teaspoon
    Pure coconut extract

    banana, cut
  • ¼
    cup / 40 grams
    Chopped strawberries
  • 3
    Unsalted macadamia nuts, chopped

    teaspoon
    Shredded coconut

  1. Place coconut milk, ice, Shakeology, pineapple, lemon zest and extract in blender; to cover. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the smoothie into a shallow bowl. Top with bananas, strawberries, macadamia nuts, coconut and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
