Spiced Apple Vanilla Chai Overnight Oats Glass


Nonstick cooking spray
1 medium apple, sliced
½ tsp. Pure coconut sugar
½ tsp. Apple Pie Spice
20 g/¼ cup dry rolled oats
1 serving of Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology from Vanilla Chai
120 ml/½ cup unsweetened almond milk


  1. Heat medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; Cover lightly with spray.
  2. Place apples, sugar and apple pie spice; Cook, stirring frequently, 8 to 10 minutes or until apples are soft.
  3. Place oats, Shakeology parts, apple, and almond milk in 16 oz (500 mL) airtight jar; Stir until ingredients are combined. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy within 24 hours.
